Carolyn K Renner
  • Profile:  As a shareholder with the firm, Ms. Renner has represented clients in a wide array of complex civil matters in both state and federal courts relating to contract disputes and business fraud, among others. She has independently handled bench trials in both Justice and District courts, as well as administrative hearings. Ms. Renner has also authored several appellate briefs to the Nevada Supreme Court. Recently, she assisted chief litigation counsel in successfully defending a national engineering firm against a multi-million dollar claim in an environmental clean up matter, at both the trial court and appellate levels. Additionally, she worked with chief litigation counsel in successfully prosecuting a breach of contract action between a former employee and a publicly traded corporation. She has experience in all aspects of litigation from pleading through discovery, motion practice, trial and appellate work. Carolyn also practices in the areas of education, family and construction law.
