Donald A Lattin
  • Profile:  Mr. Lattin is a partner whose practice focuses on civil litigation, particularly complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations, and has argued before both Nevada state and federal trial courts, the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented companies and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants in jury trials, obtaining and defeating substantial monetary claims in both capacities. Mr. Lattin has handled numerous complicated real estate claims, complex commercial matters, construction and environmental claims and malpractice defense cases involving architects and engineers, as well as other professionals.

Columbus Networks Corporation) • Obtaining a successful verdict in an employment breach of contract action involving a municipality (Spencer v.
