  • Profile:  Raised in Nevada, Mr. Hsu's legal career began in 1994 at Maupin, Cox & LeGoy. His practice encompasses a wide variety of subject areas in civil litigation, commercial and administrative disputes. He has a no-nonsense approach to solving problems and analyzing risks for a client in an effective and efficient manner while providing zealous advocacy. In 2000, Mr. Hsu was appointed by Governor Kenny Guinn to serve on the Nevada Commission on Ethics, where he served for two terms until 2008, including as Chairman from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Hsu has also served as pro bono legal counsel for nonprofit organizations including the American Red Cross, Sierra Nevada Chapter, the Nevada Discovery Museum, and Project Restart.
